FAQ

Frequently
Asked Questions.

Why is my vacuum losing suction?

Why does my vacuum cleaner smell bad?

A bad smell from the vacuum can result from a dirty filter, a full dustbin, or something stuck in the hose. Pet hair and dander can also cause odors. Empty the dustbin or bag and clean or replace the filters. You can freshen the vacuum by sprinkling baking soda on the floor before vacuuming or using vacuum deodorizers designed for this purpose.

Why won't the vacuum brush roll spin?

The brush roll may stop spinning due to a broken belt, tangled debris, or a motor issue. First, check if the belt is worn out or snapped and replace it if needed. Remove any tangled hair or threads around the brush. If the motor is the issue, it might need professional repair. Some vacuums have a brush roll switch that may have been accidentally turned off, so check for that as well.
